Is a point to point t1 better than frame relay?

Frame Relay is a data transmission protocol. It gets its name because it is where the data needed to transmit properly, the frame consists of several fields. If they have more areas, I gnficiant bandwidth requirements, and / or desire for voice, data and video communications between locations, they are likely MPLS is better, mainly because of MPLS will allow them to control the quality of care, which is when many critcal mixed utilizing the services, and real-time services like voice and video.

Laymens issues ..... I ll try to simplify even more.
